Learn concepts and techniques for creating artistic, creative arrangements that will appeal to your customers. Learn how to create visual value with a minimum number of flowers. Individuals who have not had professional floral design training or worked in a flower shop as a floral designer must complete Basic Floral Design 1 before taking other programs. Once an individual has completed Basic Floral Design 1 then he or she may attend any program offered by the Vermont Academy of Floral Designs.
